Our Leaders

Debbie Cockayne

Founder and Managing Director

Debbie has worked across many disease areas over the last 25 years but has excellent knowledge and network of contacts in the areas of: infection, immunology, oncology, pain and dermatology.

She has been providing consultancy and event management support to one of the largest infection societies for the last 10 years.

Debbie has built the whole team to be passionate and excited about the wonderful world of microbes.

Andy Cockayne


Andy coordinates all of the event delivery and is an expert in operational logistics. He will ensure that events are covered in every aspect from a health and safety perspective and that all suppliers are coordinated onsite and that the delegate and faculty flow is seamless.

Andy has been working in public service for many years and laterly in the Metropolitan Police in a security / event role where he has been involved in managing such large scale events as the NATO Conference 2014 to the Syrian Conference 2016 in London and ensuring key requirements were understood and delivered with contingency plans in place.
